How is it that some women are able to stay hot when they get older, but some fade over time?

An even better question might be is how are there a handful of women out there in the adult business that still manage to look young while they are getting older? There isn't many of them, and considering this is an industry where most people age prematurely it's an accomplishment.

(Of course I know the answer is like above, with good fitness and genes. Staying away from drugs also goes a long way.)
