Its a slap stick computer game, dont no way expect hardcore scenes. Try Magna Cum Laude neither has this have HC scenes, but its the best one out to play. Worth playing for a week to fill boredom.
Otherwise if you have heaps of spare time you might want to play the classics. My first was "Land of Lounge Lizards" on a Amstrad with Floppy Discs when I was a kid. It got exhausting "sliding the floppy into the slot" but you can now just download them for free.
Alternatively, you can watch people playing the whole walkthrough on youtube. Usually they last a couple of hours, but actually playing the game could take days [with guides] and months [without guides]

By far the worst game was "Box Office Bust" it was slightly kinky but the graphics were horrible for an Xbox 360 and PS3. They messed up the polygons, the wire frames and 100% of the shading. The mini-games were bearable.
