How many books you read each year?

i go through stages where i want to read books and long stages where i dont. the last book i read was harry potter and the deathly hallows when it came out, so almost a year since i read a book.

So do I. I hand wrote 1000 pages of text, then typed it up. Currently I'm toying of ditching short stories and writing my novel.

I rarely have time, and, when I do, I tend to do other things. It really varies for me. There are years where I read 15 books, and years like last, where I read 2.

Books are great, most of them read better than films watch. I average 1-2 a month depending on my workload, but its always great to throw your imagination into the pages of a book.

I probably read 10-20 books a year, depending on how much free time I have. I would much rather read though, then watch tv. It is also a goal of mine to write a novel, I have a lot of ideas always running through my mind.

I can probably answer this for her: Diana Gabaldon, John Jakes, Jean Plaidy, Linda Madl, and various authors of biographies of royalty.

Myself, I probably read 4 or 5 books a year.

I would loose count at the end of the year. It does vary depending on what's going on in my life and what type of mood I'm in. Sometime I will also go though a period where I can’t find any new books I’m interested in or I just don’t have the extra cash to spend on them.
