To be honest it was just a light hearted comment and I didn't really think too deeply about it, probably because the thread starter was just asking a hypothetical quastion, if he actually was in this situation I'd have given a much detailed and more serious response that would've involved the baby's real father having access to the child even if he chose the raise the baby.
