Walk or bike to as many places as you can. (Work, the store, liquor joint)
That's it. Forget exercise, who has time to sit around and sweat to the oldies like those fitness bums? Do it your own way with tons of caffeine and exercising little by little. Walk here.. burn a few calories, bike there, burn a few more, down a red bull or those cheap amp's that're always on sale.. your heart rate increases, you suddenly have tons of temporary energy and your heart is already burning them faster while exercising on it's own.
