I've been a fitness fanatic for years and I'm into bodybuilding and I have never used a weight loss supplement. I've never needed to. I just carefully monitor my diet and exercises. Most people would be amazed what paying careful attention to what one puts into their body and what you do to it does. Of course that take some work, but it's the safest most effective way. I wouldn't be surprised if something like green tea would work better than that anyhow...Plus, I never use anything from MuscleTech if for nothing else than out of principle. :1orglaugh
Hey guys, I just started using Hydroxycut today. I've researched alot about it and some reviews say it works wonders and some say it's just a fad, but I figured I'd try anyway. Just wondering if anyone has used it and if it actually works. :thumbsup:
That's exactly what every other "miracle pill/drink" claims.
"If you drink our magic powder AND lift weights 3 times a week for an hour at a time AND run 5 miles a day AND eat healthy...OUR PILL will help you lose weight and get in shape!!!"

So here's the deal,if you are using Hydroxycut strictly for weight loss,then you really don't know shit about the product,regardless of what or how it's advertised.
This shit is mainly for people who are already in shape and are just looking to shed water to get more definition out of their physiques.This is not a weight loss product,no matter what they advertise.Sure,you'll lose a weight by shedding water,but you can gain it right back in just as much time as it took to lose it.
It's not a bullshit product,it's just bullshit to all of the fat asses out there who don't know that they are not supposed to be using it for weight loss.
I'm 185 lbs, 5'11 and i run/jog 4 to 5 miles a day, and I eat a granola bar for breakfest, 6 inch Subway sandwich for lunch and lean cut turky for dinner. Not to mention I only drink water. I'm just looking to shed about 15 lbs to get to the weight i was at in college. I'm not overweight for my size, i just want to be a little more toned, and why is half the people who respond being such assholes, did I really ask anything that bad. Jesus Christ.

Dont pay attention to anyone being negative since I am sure they arent in shape themselves..
