Hate the smell of weed. Last time something similar happened to me, I phoned the police. Because it was a quiet day for crime they turned up more or less immediately, made a few arrests and nipped the problem in the bud.

On topic. I don't like the smell of pot. If it bodders you try talking to them. Ask them if they don't mind doing it indoors. Here in Holland it's tolerated. Unfortunately not all users take others into account. Most do. They try not to have it affect others when they use it.
