my girl has decided to get a breast enlargement from a 30E what she is naturally to a 30HH when she told me this i allmost came in my pants i can tell you!.

Sorry...but when you've already got a natural 30E...why go bigger? Especially on her frame, HH's will be huge on her tiny frame. :/ Please make sure she visits alot of reputable surgeons to get their opinion...she sounds like she's already got perfection (as far as size goes)...you don't wanna ruin a good thing.

first off, id be scared of any risks. i dont know about you but i wouldnt want my girl to go through anything risky. im sure they got it down pretty good by now but id want to know the real risks involved.

second, id worry about the strain on her body afterwards. back issues maybe?
