On a happier note, this guy I know on an enviro-site lives in Japan. We have spent the last 3 years swinging bats at each other over various issues and calling each other every (acceptable) name in the book. I guess it's kind of like this Will E. Worm guy on the other thread. Anyway, I asked the admins to shoot some emails to this guy to see if he's alright and I just got a post from him. He's in an unaffected area. I'm pretty relieved to hear from him. Don't get me wrong, he's a douche-nozzle of the highest order and debates like a 10 year old. And I look forward to repeatedly telling him so in the future.

Noted. But it's also worth noting that NY after 9/11 and New Orleans after Katrina both needed to find ANY humor, even when it was directed at them. Like a newbie bouncer kicking out a drunk, the first one is the toughest.
