but in your sentence the adverb 'near' is supposed to modify the word chick and not extraordinary other wise it would it come before , although adverbs never really modify nouns only verbs and adjectives, its like saying "They reported that meesteperfect, a Mexican porn star, had sex with latinos on the six o'clock news."
