I Need help with my anti-virus....

I have norton anti-virus and it just stopped workind, and it says its scanning emails but they cant be sent, but i have no emails waiing to be sent.....

anyone know whats up?

do you have norton fire wall too? if so you may have declined internet access to your email. if you only have the anti virus then i would suggest just reinstalling it.

My norton recently packed up and also I know of others who have- I had to re-in stall it and it's been fine.
