I need your tv for an hour next Monday evening

As you may or may not know, NBC is premiering its new medical drama Trauma next Monday at 9/8 C. Normally I wouldn't give a rat's ass about new tv shows, but this one's different. Trauma is shot on Treasure Island, in the San Fagcisco Bay. The location happens to fall within my local's jurisdiction, and the show has provided steady jobs to some 100 people, which is a welcome thing in this economy. In order to continue filming, and to keep the jobs it has provided, NBC needs to see profitable ratings during the series premiere next Monday evening. In order for that to happen, lots of people have to tune in. That is where you come in. I would like to ask that, if you live in the US, you tune in to NBC next Monday at 9/8 C, and give NBC the ratings they want to keep the show going. I don't really care if you watch it or not (I, myself, will tune a tv to NBC while I watch House on Fox on another tv), but if you tune in for a while you'll be helping me and many other people where I live. I haven't worked on it, but I know a lot of people who have, and I've gotten jobs that would normally have gone to guys working on Trauma.

It is. That's why I'm tuning one tv to Fox so I can watch House, and another tv to NBC so they can get their ratings.

Oh OK. I suppose carpet munchers are much more acceptable than fags so I feel much better now. I'd be interested though....are there any porch monkeys, pollocks, greasers, dagos, limeys, micks, frogs, beaners, krauts, dune coons, gooks, chinks or kikes? I wouldn't want any of them to benefit either.

I could watch, dude... but I'm not a Nielsen household, so no one knows (or cares) what I'm watching. Find somebody with a Nielsen People Meter, or whatever they're called now. That person (literally) equals hundreds or thousands of us.

There's a couple redskins, a few krauts, some beaners, 3 wops, 2 micks, 2 sheenies, a bunch of spear chuckers, and a greaser. I guess I won't have your support? :dunno:
