text ads pay more, but picture ads make it look cleaner (imo).

I don't think that's allowed, but once I am content with my website I will start sharing it.

I prefer text ads because they aren't as distracting as picture ads. However, picture ads, because they're so distracting, are probably better at getting peoples' attentions, hence are better marketing. :2 cents:
