I read once where the usual rate is for a male star is about $200 for a scene. This is why a lot of the more in-demand male stars went into production and started making their own movies. They just weren't making enough money.

In the 90's, I read a few actresses were making $10,000 or more for a scene, or made even more as a flat rate for an entire movie, which usually required at least 3 scenes. However, the industry has changed greatly, so I'm not sure how much they would make now.
