GB, you're only a dumbass if you don't know and you don't care to know. Even the smartest person in the world doesn't know everything.
Politics is a lot like porn, in fact. It's usually just a bunch of people expressing what they like or don't like, and it may not be/doesn't have to be based on facts or logic. The main difference is the people in the porn industry probably have higher morals than the people involved in politics. Until you get way down into animal porn or scat, I'd say even the best politician doesn't compare to a pornographer.
