I want a career in computers at the age of 36 in Vienna?

I am a 37 year old male with construction work in Vienna history, however at the moment i am unemployed but because of my age i can not get into computer courses for free. Is there a company that would employ me and teach me about computers in the IT department. I have seen several training companies but they always have a catch. Is there a genuine company out there willing to train me and pay me at the same time? Vienna.
