I guess you are in some sort of IT helpdesk or something like that? Because the colleagues from that branch at my last job really got exactly that line of treatment - lay off one after the other when possible, step up the pace for the rest.

I kinda laugh when I see someone come onto a board, then post negatively about the topic. Unless the board is specifically there for a debate, why? If you aren't interested in a topic, fetish, or whatever why even go onto the board?
