I can tell you that the weapon is a Dillon Aero M134 Gatling Mini Gun and that it´s frightning to see such a "Monster" in a normal gun shop.
To the girl - no clue who she is, but be aware that in US states, where it´s legal to have a gatling in a shop to sell, fathers, mothers, siblings, uncles, aunts - hell yeah, the whole family of such a beauty has all weapons and can use them. So better not to know who she is. Safer
