Agree. I would say yes, the lady looks very much like Catalina. Most likely during one of her cam shows.

Catalina Cruz has archived her live cam shows from February 12, 2001 to the July 13, 2014 ... when filming in her office that chair is being used. It has the same handles as the one shown in your picture.

So therefore the lady is definitely Catalina Cruz!
