I'd say no...though there's no guarantee that you would live the 20 years anyway.
Chances are, day after you got the money you could be knocked down by a milk float and creamed..

If I would definitely live exactly 20 years in good health from the day I said yes, I'd tell you my answer as soon as I'm 80 years old.

i would. thats soooo much money, and so much good could be done with it. of course i'd live quite comfortably, as would my family and friends. but, there'd still be loads left. one could build free community centers, contribute to poor school districts, help fund disease research, grant less fortunate children chances they wouldn't have otherwise, and so on. there're so many super rich people out there that don't do shit. i know i would, so id have to say yes

You know what I was thinking about this and yes i would do it....I would never have to work another day in my life...in those 20 years and a billion dollars I could see the world with family and friends, i could do everything and see everything i've ever wanted to see and do.I could donate it and create scholarships and build schools community centers and create programs...I would have 20 years to do everything i wanted to do and die happy...I know its a hard question but yeah...a billion dolllars I could provide for all my family and friends and I would be 45 which aint so bad...I could work until 55 and still not have anything and die...So for a billion I would...or definatley if you gave me a million and 75 years to live....i would do that in a heartbeat :thumbsup:

I literally wouldn't know how to spend that much money. why would anyone? that's just insane. I live pretty comfortabley on minimum wage, and yeah, I hate my stupid job and the time that it takes that I could be doing real productive things. but if I didn't have to pay for food or rent, I could probably be pretty happy to get ten bucks a week to spend on frivalous bullshit. Hell, I'd do it for free- there's times that I have, paying out of my savings and just not working until all my money was gone and forced me to get another job.

So I guess the answer would be no.

Oh yes. In a New York minute. *la sigh* Think of all the people I could help, all the wonderful things that could be done with that kind of money over that long of period of time. The thought makes me just tingle. The housing, the higher education, job training, and the food that could be my gift to the deserving out there. It boggles the mind.

thats a tough one but im thinking yeh, the amount of years that are wasted working stops people from living life to the fullest... also the way things are going it looks like i could be expected to still be working till im 80... that is summat i dont wanna deal with.

Thats easy I sure would.20 years from now it may be all over by then anyway so I could have the money do lots of good things with it is an easy choice.

But knowing exactly when you're gonna die? Kinda scary. Although I'd have 20 years to prepare for it, so fuck it.

I recon I have about 10 years left before I die anyway.
