I'd actually pick Karen Price to be #1 overall time-wise, as she was just as fucking hot 15+ years after her Centerfold. Although Janet Lupo was also pretty fucking hot over 20+ years after hers too.

In any and all cases, 1981 was a pretty fucking hot year. Although I had never see a Playboy at the time, my cock became active as the year closed out. What I thought were me "peeing in my bed" (yeah, that innocent before the age 9), ended up being the pleasure I never stopped enjoying as I hit 10 and beyond.
