Folks! Just want to let you know that as a recent subscriber to incredible pass, I can tell you they have some really good content. But sadly, they are a shady bunch of guys. Beware that their join page claims that they run their billing through either CCBILL or NETBILL. In my case, they double billed my Visa through they're VISA own merchant account. So I was billed twice? How? Not quite sure. They say they have award winning customer service, but they're CS page only contains a email address:
help@incrediblepass.com. I emailed that address numerous times without response. I then tracked down their info through my bank and called they're offices repeatedly. No answer, only a voice message saying email the help address. I found their business web page, incredible dollars and started email all their sales reps. I got no response. So here's my problem, I was double billed on a continuously monthly billing account. This company INCOM has no one on staff answering their phones or email. So I have no way to correct the problem or even cancel the account. So i was forced to cancel my VISA to protect myself. Next problem? I have several automatic billing functions on my VISA including my CableTV and Cell phone. So imagine the headache I had to go through to rearrange all that billing simply because INCOM (Incredible pass) has no onsite staff to perform basic customer service functions.
