There are several ways to ID a girl/scene: 1) you recognize the girl 2) you recognize the production (male performer, video style, performance...) 3) you use reverse image search tools like Google images or karmadecay.com

I never used Google images. I tried for the first time with this gif after reading your post but did not get that result. So you were able to recognize it by a combination of all these tools. What a talent!

1) I used google images, and found other gifs from that same scene
2) Unlucky with google images, I found a hit with one of those other samples on Karmadecay, pointing to a tube version of the video.
3) I identified the girl and the guy, then proceeded to check what scenes they had together and found the movie.
