Will it be ready in time for the upcoming Harry Potter movie premier? I wanna be one of those fucking geeks who shows up to the midnight showing dressed as a character from the movie, only I'd have a REAL invisibility cloak, and I'd be the coolest one in the theater. I'd be something like the King of the Geeks!

I still don't see a true invisibility cloak that doesn't distort from it's surrounding or have distortion when the object moves being possible without light somehow going through an object unhindered. Even bending light around something would be difficult because each ray at each angle would have to line up where it would go perfectly for there to be no distortion. That's a hard thing to achieve. Maybe once it becomes very advanced somebody could wear something that could give them a Predator type blur, but I don't know about complete invisibility.
