IP address excluded from as participant in Miss FreeOnes competition

Dear Webmaster,

I have difficulty with internet bugs. Hence, voting multiple. As I result, the webmaster blocked my IP address from participating voting for Miss FreeOnes competition.

I have made efforts to PM the webmaster to identify the caused of the bugs. There after, I was informed that my IP address already unblocked. To this very day, my IP address (I'm puzzled that my IP address kept on changing all the time).

My question is how could the webmaster cannot resolve/unblock my IP address back to normal when the webmaster in the first place my IP address as a mistake due to internet bugs.

I am not sure what's happening in the internet system. I believe the webmaster of this forum FreeOnes knows my IP address.

On the 31st January, 2010 I voted for 10 girls. I managed. After lasped of two weeks of not voting in Miss FreeOnes 2010 competition and successful. Today, the 2nd Febraury, 2010 I opened the link to vote for the girls who are qualified for second round (entitled for 5 votes) but I am suprised that my IP address has been excluded as participant in Miss FreeOnes competiton. Very annoying.

I have to PM Petra to solve the problem occured again.

Are you using a satellite internet service? Just curious because I was blocked from the entire site every couple of weeks for the first few months I was here. The system picked my IP address up as a bogey and banned me at least once every couple of weeks. Whatever Petra did cured my issue. I haven't been banned/blocked for awhile.

Thanks for the sharing. I am not alone experiencing the problem.

Petra has been kind and helped me to unblock my IP address. But it happens again.
