The government did it.
I use a Blackberry for work because that is what they gave me, personally I have been dealing with Blackberries for awhile and I dont care for them. They just don't seem to be as intuitive as the iPhone.

Now my personal phone is an iPhone, and this thing is AWESOME. I dont understand the loyalty to Verizon, I had Verizon once and their service is good. And nowadays AT&T's is about the same, plus the iPhone can be taken overseas as its GSM which about 95 percent of the world uses except Verizon and Korea

I guess its all a matter of taste and what you are more comfortable with, but my vote goes to the iPhone.

Everyone I know who has an I-Phone says it is fantastic for everything other than being a phone. If I could get the "real" web on my Blackberry instead of mobile web, I'd have no complaints about it other than the dial on the keyboard.

can't you install opera mobile on a blackberry?

lol...thats why i was suckered into getting an iphone...it was those apps....even though blackberry now has an app store too....

The BB app store is making the Storm a great phone. so much has been added in the last 2 months. Still it has a mind of its own, works great most of the time, sometimes awful.

Blackberry ftw, the email push is the big seller for me.

My penis has a mind of his own.
I'm using a Blackberry Curve 8330. I like it quite a bit, but I'm came from a cell phone with no real Internet capability at all. It's fine for simple Internet browsing, but I cannot check my Hotmail account nor can I view any movies because it doesn't support Flash. I changed to GMail, but I still cannot cut-and-paste text (thus no Trivia Today).

I probably wouldn't get Internet on my computer again (I'm cheap) if I could play video/movies on Blackberry or cut-and-paste. In fact, I could imagine my computer turning into an pseudo-external harddrive once these previously-mentioned issues are solved and if I could transfer data from my Blackberry to my computer easily.

there's a software update that allows you to view youtube movies, you can link your hotmail acct directly to the BB, and they have roxio for BB which allows drag and drop exchange btw the BB and a computer. and i thought all BB's could cut/copy/paste i know mine does.

Yeah, as a matter of fact, it's actually quite a bit more stable than the default windows browser.

I've got neither yet but will upgrade to one soon, I don't need it for business use so I'm guessing the iPhone is better than the Blackberry? I think me network is currently offering the iphone 4g. Just to confirm, if you just want to muck around on it the iphone is better?

AFK..being taken to the vet to get neutered.
I've had a bunch of Blackberries and they all sucked - buggy software and apps, physically fragile, cluttered architecture ......I was about to get an iPhone then I found the Motorola Flip Out - just the coolest and most reliable phone I have ever had. Everything works - straight out the box, all the time: no locks ups, freezes, conflicts, reception is always almost perfect, and it has a simple, reactive and discriminating GUI ... love it.
