Well, my research didn't take long and it is a scam. It's not like I was going to dive into this anyway, but I am disappointed. I took a gamble last year and relocated, and the gamble lost. I guess that I'm wishing-upon-a-star that something like this will come along and be real. But, I've been around the block enough to know that....yup, we've all heard the line....if something seems to be too good to be true, it probably is.

Anyway, thanx for the input folks. I'll keep slugging away here in the real world.

Don't listen to any of these people. There are many secret shoppers out there, but they can't say anything because it's... you know... a secret.

I think a secret shopper basically fills in a review questionaire of the store after doing the fake shopping trip. No way would they send out random emails for the job. In this scam they are gaining your personal information to sell it on. Who knows, if your trust was gained, they could have asked for your bank details in a later email. Some people would have fallen for it, because it didn't claim you're gaining a fortune and ask for your bank accounts initially.

At least you were vigilant.
