You can tell when a woman is telling the truth...and as stated, if a woman "cries rape", she has to undergo a physical exam and there is usually damage done to the genitals during a rape. Bruising, tearing, bleeding...a gyno or doctor who has seen rape cases before can tell. Plus, I'm sure that most rapes (that aren't drug induced or done while a girl is intoxicated) are done by random men who attack them violently. Usually theres a struggle and the woman is beaten at the same time to force them to submit. Take the physical injuries, add in the vaginal injuries and DNA from the cum and yeah...you know she's not lying.

maybe not old enough to consent by legal age, but possibly they did consent. it is a tricky question but i don't think the law should have some ultimate final say since it is arbitrary where you set the age of consent.

whatever. there is an epistemological point i'm trying to make but nobody seems to care. i'm willing to listen to proofs of rape, but it doesn't mean i'm going to agree. all i'm asking is for the evidence to be presented and to allow me the right to fairly assess what someone is saying.
