In Japanese culture pubic hair is considered so taboo that they have to censor any images depicting it. Hard to believe anything is taboo in Japan.

Exactly. But they have vending machines selling school girl panties. And the strip clubs give out finger condoms for diddling the dancers. The motels down the street have beds that you can take ladies to, but they look like weird honeycombs in the wall, and you feel like a bug getting into them, and they are the most sexually dissatisfied country in the world... Maybe they shouldn't censor. I mean why bother.
