Is there any good iTunes artwork manager for Windows

I would love to manage the artwork linked to all my tracks in iTunes (Version 8 currently) with more capability than iTunes afords me. In fact getting iTunes to put multiple artwork images in the order I desire them seems to be a huge issue. Obviously artwork functionality is not the programers' highest priority.

Does anyone know a good program for Windows (Vista currently) that allows editing of artwork features of tracks in iTunes?

It's not in iTunes, but I use Kid3 to edit all of the ID3 tags of my MP3 files, including artwork. It's quick and simple to use. Best of all, it's freeware. Just a suggestion
