I think she staged that a short time after those horrible pics of her ass came out. Which is kind of sad that she felt the need to do that...and sadder that she actually did it. But I sure ain't complaining!

The "horrible pics" of her ass were back in '07. The tennis pics were from about 6 months ago. She was on vacation with her then boyfriend Jamie Kennedy.
It wasn't "staged." They were just horsing around at the resort they were at. There's also pics from the same afternoon of her playing basketball in the same bikini.
I don't know how you can say it was staged. Look at her face. Does she look happy? I think she'd be smiling if it was a staged photo-op.

It's like the pics of her coming out of the pilates place in spandex. It's a well-known place where lots of celeb women go, so the paps camp-out outside and wait for whoever comes out. But to say she "stages" the pics is silly.
Personally...I would love to know JLH is staging photo-ops where she shows off her ass. But knowing how self-concious she is about it based on how critical people are of her body, I know she's not "staging" these shots. She doesn't have to. The paps will always be there wherever she goes.

She's wearing a bikini because she's on vacation in Hawaii. It's sexy because she's hot. But it's not a particularly skimpy or revealing bikini. There's no ass cheeks hanging out the sides (unfortunately!!!). It's a functional bikini. And I wouldn't really call those shoes "heels." I'm not sure what you call those. They're big sandals. If she was wearing high-heels, that would be one thing.
And why is she playing tennis? If her goal was just to lure the paps into taking pics of her bikini bod, why not just walk around? Or romp in the surf? It's much more likely that Jamie suddenly said "Let's play tennis" and she said ok.
The truth is, since she is still frequently placed on lists of hottest babes in the world, she'll always attract the paparazzi. Whether she likes it or not. She doesn't have to stage photo-ops. All she has to do is go outside and they're there. To say the fact that she's wearing sexy clothing is evidence that it's staged doesn't make sense. Is she supposed to wear a trenchcoat everytime she goes out?
If you want a celeb that stages the paparazzi pics, look no further than Lindsay Lohan. She's a pro. The pics from a year ago where she's on the pier in Malibu holding the surfboard and her hair and makeup is all done up and she's wearing a skimpy bikini and high-heels (on the beach!!!) while pretending that she just happens to be there...that's a staged event.
Did you see the basketball pics that were taken the same day with her in the same outfit? They look like they were taken through the trees with a telephoto lens.
