gotta give the guy credit though, nice catch, he risked his life as did the guy below her.

but it seems a little strange her dangling their long enough for another guy to get under her to help.

The video shows them setting up an inflatable cushion on the ground for when she ultimately jumped, so I think she was probably sitting/standing on the ledge for some time. There was quite a large crowd gathered on the ground too.
