Journal?

Anyone on the board keep a journal? I am trying... It just seems hard to write about what Ive done in the day. It calms me down though... Not that I have anger management problems... But, its something to do instead of thinking about other stuff thats upsetting.

So... Im just wondering if anyone else does and why...

Do you think its pansy-ish? LOL

I will write things down when I am anxious or stuck on a stressful subject. (Usually at night...) Then in the morning the stuff can look pretty petty . OR if it hasn't subsided, I can talk to someone about the issue because I have it written down exactly what I was thinking or feeling.

I know a few people who keep online journals. They seem to like doing it. I dunno how I would feel about anyone being able to read my personal thoughts but whatever works for ya.

Nah... No lock. Just a notebook. Everything I have a problem about I talk about with my wife. The problem is getting her to care about the problems I have with her. If any... Nah... Most problems are related to my own lack of traits. So I don't worry about her reading it.

I used to keep a journal from way back in 6th grade for a couple years. Now I can see what I did back then and it's kind of nice to have the memories. I recently started again.

I thought freeones was my journal?!

But really, I do write things down like ideas for stories I have and stuff like that but never anything about my life.
