Sesame Workshop, which produces the long-running PBS children’s show “Sesame Street,” said on Thursday morning that it would not show a music video planned for the coming 41st season of the series that features the pop singer Katy Perry, citing in its decision the outcry of viewers who had seen the suggestive video online. ​

I guess that Katy's cleavage is too suggestive for our kids after all.

I've watched the video a couple of times now and I still can't see anything wrong with her outfit. She's pretty much wearing a figure skating outfit and she's covered up to her neck. The only thing is part of the outfit is mesh see through. Not only that, she even tells Elmo that she's playing "dress-up".

Most of the parents (if not all) that have commented on the video don't have a problem with it and have already shown the video to their kids.

I really don't see the problem. If your kid finds Katy Perry's outfit sexy, then you should be worried that he's 15 and still watching Sesame Street

Yes and yes. The Sesame Street dress is feigned outrage because she's famous for singing about kissing girls. It's ridiculous.

And she is definitely overrated. Great body, OK face, but she's pretentious and thinks she's a lot funnier/clever than she is.

It would help if you posted a link to what you're talking about. The only topless pics I know of Katy are that Esquire set where you don't really see anything. Also, there's fakes that have been around for a while but are obviously fakes.
