After Kayden Kross left Vivid Entertainment, she signed with Adam and Eve. Then she posed for Penthouse. And it's definitely between the time she started her website, ClubKayden.com for Brand Danger and when she posed for Playboy.
What makes this very difficult is the timeframe on when she got the Rabbit. Solve this and you'll figure out what scene this is.
Now some of her photos at ClubKayden.com have the Playboy bunny photoshopped/airbrushed out. As her alias, [nobabe]Jenna Nickol[/nobabe], at digitaldesire.com, the photos that noted Penthouse photographer, J. Stephen Hicks did; some photoshoots have the Rabbit while others do not. Mark Lit has integrated all of her photo sets and videos as "Kayden Kross."
The guy is definitely not Manuel Ferrara. The b/g scene he does with Kayden over at ClubKayden.com does not show the Rabbit tattoo.

Looking over the clubkayden.com and digitaldesire.com photo galleries. I have a timeline on the tattoo. My estimate of when Kayden Kross got the Playboy Rabbit tattoo is during October 2009. Actually middle October 2009 -- early November 2009.
J. Stephen Hicks is showing that tattoo for the first time (drawing or outline) in her December 2, 2009 photo shoot:

No. Not really.
Of the DP scenes of Kayden Kross: Most are not on a beige couch. Some are in a bed, on a kitchen counter top, on another colored couch, on the floor, etc. And of the scenes that are on a beige couch, her Playboy tattoo isn't filled in. As examples:
