Keith Olbermann: Worst Persons in the World Thread

Dean Wormer

Tip: install a spycam in your toilet.
Kieth Olbermann is a fine one to talk about the worst persons in the world.

He's one of the most temperamental, condescending assclowns on planet earth, and his feigned "news" program is a laugh. He should have stuck to ESPN, where is was a moderately amusing sportscaster, rather than pretending to be this serious, stiff-lipped man-of-conscious, which makes him about as funny as taking a weed whacker to your own crotch.

Oh, can ya tell I don't like him?

You are absolutely correct in your analysis of Olberman. However it doesn't change the fact that Olberman is dead center, right on the aforementioned worst persons of the week.

let he who is without sin..........
so olbermann is now our representative for choosing who is good, who is bad?

interesting.
to me, the worst people in the world are those who knowingly or obliviously open the gate for our enemys to walk through.

not those who have the balls to do whatever it takes to keep them out.

I'm touching myself right now!

thats pretty much my take on Olberman as well- i dont know what kind of a person he is, but his "Worst Person in the World" segment isnt contrived bs or anything that means 'made up' - he takes actual quotes or plays video word for word what the people on that list everynight actually said- i dont really know how ne1 can bash that segment of his show other than people who love the ones who make that list so much that they think everything negative about them is a lie- even if it comes out of their own mouth

idk, just my opinion:)

No, Olbermann is the representative on MSNBC's "Countdown" for who is good and who is bad.

That really was one of the worst moments for a congressperson I can recall. A democrat should call for her censure for these remarks.

Olbermann's "BillO" impersonation is the greatest comedic bit on television. The Worst Persons segment is always better when BillO earns a spot...

I can set my own custom title!
Yeah but "he's only one of the temperamental, condescending assclowns on planet earth, and his feigned "news" program is a laugh.." when he's busting the asses of phony GOPers.....so I guess that makes him alright.

Hmmm, I don't see how anyone can pretend in good conscience that Olbermann is "pretending to be..." a "man-of-conscious" when he always conscious on his show.:dunno:

So busting 'phony GOPers' is the work of a man of conscious, a good, objective news man? Wow- journalism really IS dead.

What I don't like about him is that he will not come out and say that he is a liberal, and just hates conservatives. No matter which side you root for, or if you're just in the middle, be man(or woman) enough to say it. To continue to act like your some stone-faced, objective news guy when you're really not, is kind of cowardly. I'd have more respect for the guy if he was like Al Franken, or many of the others who are liberal, and say they are.

yeah why can't he be nice and fair and intelligent like hannity, beck, coulter or limbaugh?

Fair? Who said anything about fair? And are the three you mentioned impartial folks? No. Are they dickheads to the other side? Yes. Did I EVER, one time imply that any of those three was some kind of noble, impartial journalist? No, and they do basically what Olbermann does, which is spew and spout their side of things.

But the three you mention have the balls or ovaries (Well, maybe Ann Coulter has balls  ) to let you know which side they're on. I can't say the same thing of Mr. Olbermann, who seems afraid to say it.

I thought during the election, MSNBC might cut back to him from an Obama speech to see Olbermann rubbing himself and drooling. It was pathetic "reporting", and clearly, MSNBC eventually agreed with that assessment when they removed him from covering.

I ran out of lube. Can I borrow yours?
I think Keith is the best of the lot. Keeping America strongly divided is the government's main priority, both parties are one in the same, just different packaging and marketing. The corporate-media talking heads do the Us & Them game to perfection and Keith is their all star "left" fielder. It's just so frickin easy to make the GOP look bad without any double-speak, spin, distortion of facts, half truths, speculation, unnamed gov't official sources like O'Reilly needs to survive

Who doesn't know Keith Olbermann is as "liberal" as Sean Hannity is "conservative"??? I don't know whether he's actually said it or not but assuming he has and you just missed that episode, should he begin every show stating that he's a "liberal" just to make sure you hear him say it (someone I presume doesn't spend much time watching his show in any event)?

Olbermann may have started out as a journalist or news anchor but his show is not a news show per se. Certainly Olbermann exists in the vacuum created by all of the extreme spinners, half-truthers and outright liars the conservatives bombard airways with daily.

Olbermann merely makes these easy targets look like the fools they are by exposing every lie and half-truth they utter....even as such, he needs help because they spew such horse shit all the time that he can't possibly corral it all in one measly hour.

Maybe cause they aren't?
Or...do you actually watch Fox and really know what Glenn says, or Greta, or Shaun?

Just about everything you say sounds like you're repeating something someone else told you...

Unlike some of you...some of us actually watch Fox and see what they say for ourselves.

Here's a neat little trick to try....the next time there is a presser from the Obama admin, switch to CNN (they will cover it live), MSNBC (they will cover it live) Fox (It will not be covered, if they do they'll have it running on the side in a box with no audio...allot of good that does.)

MSNBC and CNN may have a couple shills for the DNC but Fox's whole network is a shill for the RNC.

As bad as you think Olberman is...he's is nowhere near Hannity.

I'm so great I'm jelous of myself.
i like to watch fox sometimes to watch conservative thought in process, my main issue is that often the hosts will say their opinions like they're facts

Who's Shaun?:dunno: Does he come on before or after Sheepherd Smooth? What happened to Allin Colmz anyway?:helpme::crash:

You can't have everything! Where would you put it?!
I'm no fan of the cartoonish end of cable news. It has been oft reported that John Stewart often provides deeper analysis under the guise of satire, mostly because it is true.

Over at Fox it has been interesting to see Shep Smith stand up for the constitution (like a true conservative) in the face of some spineless toadying.

Have a rummage around you tube for his mocking of the bizarre Glen Beck and his dropping of the F bomb in the torture debate.

The whole vid is good but the relevant Bachman stuff starts at 1:01....:1orglaugh

She is honestly the gift that keeps on giving...(isn't that what they call herpes BTW?)

Anywho...enjoy!

I agree, H, the temerity of this pompous metrosexualesque blowhard is really something to behold ! :pukey:

They don't call it More Snotty Nonsesense By Chicks network for nothing ! "Assclown" is perfect for keith with his ultra polished, not one hair out of place appearance, I just wanna wind his skinny necktie around my fist and drive his head in that most celebrated jar containing pee & cruciform. :1orglaugh

I doubt that his swollen mushroom capped head would fit however.
