I scanned through it.
I've seen most of that as it is a complilation video.

They are kind of all over and the last part makes me think it may be a propaganda piece to discredit so called conspiracy theorists.

However it put a good representation about who really controls our governments and politicians.
The NWO, 1 World GOV stuff.
That is a reality and one would have to be blind or willfully ignorant to not see it at this point.
