And these license plates are really popular in my hometown. You see, the first two keys "KI" define the city the car is registered. the following can vary from 1 to 2 (If I remember correctly I am no car driver), then from 1 to four numbers

We have othewr funny combinations rolling around, like 'KI-RK', and if you feel like having a lot of police attention 'KI-FF'. The latter one would translate to someone having the license plate 'Smoke Weed'. A friend of mine, a stoner, of course, has an old VW Micro Bus and has these plates. It's always fun driving around town with him
