Line from a movie...

Okay guys, I need some help.

I keep picturing a scene from a movie or game. The scene involves a black guy, possibly having just beaten something, or someone to death with his bare hands.

He screams what I believe to be "Up in this bitch" - it might only be a partial line. Ive scoured yahoo, google and youtube with little success.

Anyone got a clue?

Its not training day, Ive seen training day.

I cant provide more about the scene, because what I put in my OP was all I could remember.

All I can add, is when he screams the line I posted, its like hes striking an incredible hulk pose, gun show style.
