Is it appropriate to discuss link exchange partnerships in this section, and if not, can this kind of partnership be discussed anywhere on Freeones?

And...if not, where is a good place to find adult oriented link partnerships. We don't want cheesy directories or link programs, just trying to deal webmaster to webmaster.
