I find it hard to believe that she's just in her (mid?) 20's. I agree with Monica; she could easily pass for 40. But I can't say that I've ever found her attractive. Since I saw her on some entertainment/celebrity show, back when she was hanging out with Paris Hilton and the fat & sweaty Davis kid, I always thought she looked rather skanky. :dunno:

Imagine what she's going to look like when she does hit 40... if she's not cold & stiff by then.

I don't believe in community service.
Forcing someone to work is wrong, cruel and unusual.
Its against our civil rights.
I also don't believe in fines.
compensation for damages ok, but fines just go to the GOV to be stolen by some snake or wasted.
jail or probation thats all.

How so? Usually a person is given community service in lieu of jail time. It's supposed to be a (relatively) good thing...meaning you are stuck doing it..but at least you have some discretion as to what you do and when you complete it. You can still earn a living at your job, pay your bills then at the end of the day, you go home to your bed instead of being in the county lock up.

However, if you really feel so strongly about it being an egregious encroachment on your rights..the judge will probably be glad to convert it to jail time for you if you ever find yourself in the position.:dunno:

She'd better get to it then. She's probably down hundreds of thousands of dollars in atty. fees, and fines (if not millions when you consider lost revenue from castings she's had canceled due to this) on a case that would have cost the average person a couple thousand dollars after they played ball and did what they were supposed to. However:elaugh:, see below..



Who knows, you still might get that chance. (See ship sailed above). Just be sure if you do you keep your copy of the 'sextape' to sell to Vivid and promise Lohan a fair share of the profits. By that time she will have it rock bottom and probably need the loot without having to resort to something as tedious and requiring of too many brain cells like writing a book.
