Looking for a specific Jessa Rhodes movie

Sup guys,
I saw this movie on the tv couple of months ago. Found out through an online tv guide that the movie was called 'California Dreaming' made by Penthouse, directed by Francois Clousot.
After searching it for awhile I couldnt find anything about it, not even on the penthouse website.

Anyone any ideas where I might find it?
