Staying a top performer is a completely different matter. A number of factors are involved. Why are they doing porn? Is it just for the money? Do they enjoy the sex? Have they let themselves get involved in drugs? If they fell in love, would they give up their career? Do family and/or friends influence their decisions? Is their age a consideration? And these are just a few of the factors that may be involved in whether they decide to stay in porn.

Considering how many of the top porn women in today's porn world don't actually look that attractive, it would appear that appearance isn't that important anymore sadly. Performance has fallen off over the years also, and, sadly also, performance when it does matter is now judged more on nastiness than eroticness now or setting the mood and sensualness.
