A guy named Rodney King had just left a fundraiser of then Governor Bill Clinton's exploratory tour of California as he was considering a run for the presidency.

Rodney had a reputation for a love of certain illegal substances and fine wine. Be that as it may he was also quite the ladies man and was invited by Ron Jeremy to attend the Clinton fundraiser. He had a photo op with the governor and presented Gov. Clinton with a copy of his book "Rodney King's Guide to Bustin' Up Chicken Heads, Dime Pieces and Project Ho's"

Thinking the Governor would find the book useful, he told him that if he still needed a few pointers after reading the book, he would bust up his ole lady Gangnam Style. Clinton didn't take too kindly to that and had a few of his "friends from the LAPD peel his onion. Rodney always felt that Clinton saved his life that night because he recalls ..Clinton's motorcade showing up about the time he was getting his ass whooped when he heard Clinton say " Ok that's enough!"

The LAPD officers were put on trial and were acquitted . In 1992 the bitches started acting the fool and the rest is history.
