Most people instead of throwing around random looking threads will actually link to a news story from a legitimate source to provide context, or at the very least explain what they are saying and what it means a lot better.

a few points. I believe the age of consent in Colombia is 14 for sexual activity , I found this:
Colombia
The age of consent in Colombia is 14 regardless of gender and/or sexual orientation, according to Article 208 of the Colombian Penal Code, Law 599 of 2000 (source), which reads: “Article 208 – Abusive 'carnal access' of minors under 14 – He who has carnal access with a person under 14 years old, will be placed in prison for 4 (four) to 8 (eight) years”. The definition of “carnal access” (acceso carnal) is later given in Article 212, and refers basically to vaginal, anal or oral sex, but also includes the penetration of the vagina or of the anus by another part of the human body or by an object.
Additionally, Article 209 refers to sexual acts with minors under 14, other than the aforementioned "carnal access", and to sexual acts witnessed by this minor as well. Finally, it covers also the act of someone inducing this minor to sexual practices. The penalty foreseen by this article is 3 to 5 years in prison.
Article 211 details circumstances in which penalties are aggravated, from one third to one half of extra time in prison, for any of the previous articles: (a) if there are multiple offenders; (b) if the offender is in position of authority over the victim or takes advantage of a condition of trust; (c) if a sexually transmitted disease is transmitted; (d) if the victim is under 12; (e) if the offender is husband or wife of the victim, or if they live together, or if the offender and the victim had a son or daughter together; (f) if the act results in pregnancy.
So sex is legal if your 14, but I suppose making and distributing pornography is probably illegal with actors under 18.

18 is also the drinking age in Colombia.
Its kind of an hypocrisy if Colombia is looking to prosecute this. Its common in the downtown area of Medellin to see street hookers that are obviously well under 18 years old and groups of cops in the vicinity.
They never bother the hookers, its all out in the open.
Another thing, Ive seen some of this guys shitty videos and the girls are just terrible, theyre like in the bottom 5% lookswise of colombian women.
This place could dominate the global porn market with the quality of the women it has (esperanza gomez, monique fuentes and lupe are just regular colombian women, women like them are everywhere you look), but I guess very few colombianas are willing to do porn for the money they pay, in colombia that is.
I would assume lupes ex husband, nacho valdez, bangbros with that goofy gringo and others who have made porn here paid the women 500 dollars at best for a scene.
If someone was actually willing to put out the dough for the women there could be some serious hot porn coming out of Colombia.
