Madam Tussaud London

Last weekend I went to visit Madam Tussaud in London.
The picture you see was taken there, but there was no sign with the was statue. Does anyone any idea who this is? For a second I thought it was Kylie Minogue, but when I try to find it on google, I find other statues, not this one. So this "celebrity" remains unknown for me.
Can one of you help me out?

It wasn't my plan, my wife never saw it, so I went there with her to do her a pleasure. I had mine afterwards in the hotel. It's all about giving and taking in a relationship.

On the record: I'm not convinced it is Kylie.

Thanks for the answer, but I googled it myself and this one is not on it. It looks like it but it's not the same statue. Have a good look again.
But then again, if all of you are convinced it is Kylie... :dunno: I guess it's her then.
