marria_brofkas Any thoughts on how to get abs that doesn’t require me to stop eating burgers? I’m currently following a 90 day program I designed for myself that focuses on high reps/lower weights, endurance and high intensity - keeping a high heart rate throughout my workout. Training 6/7 days a week (2 Pull days, 2 push days, 2 Muay Thai with 3xWeek cardio) and nutrition wise, I’m having 2-3 portion controlled meals a day.
