I just reached 20,000 subscribers to my youtube channel. For me this is a huge milestone as the trending youtube creator sites predicted in January that I wouldn't reach it until August 2016 so I guess I'm doing well with it :)

I am glad you made it! And, you know, 20 K is just a little milestone. The way you branch out from the sheer restaurant videos is a great choice, and I think in due time you will better thnk about some studio, and added personnel. To me, a good example are "The Young Turks". You are not the same, but you can look at what is possible with determination and hard work, and a pretty face sure doesn't hurt, either :D

Thank you guys ;) You flatter me. I have been offered to expand and also to have my own tv show. But it pays shit and you work 10 times more and no longer own the creative aspect which to me is vital. I'm not in a Multi-Channel Network on Youtube called Maker Studios which is owned by Disney (Yes, My monthly paycheck comes from Disney Studios!) They provide royalty-free music, keyword tools and connect me with brands looking for people to promote their products. I still own 100% of the creativity and do all the work, they just help to grow the brand. So far its been great and my endorsements have been tripled. I have so many kitchen appliances its unreal lol I just got a new double convection oven from a German company that is ridiculous.

Thank you so much for 104 pages of this thread and thousands of replies. I know I'm a loud mouth and all that but sincerely, it means the world to me to know that to some I'm not just a porn chick.

Hey Mariah, do you ever use a crockpot and if so what's your favorite dish to make in it?
I got one a week ago, never used one before, I'm not much of a cook but this things seems super handy!

I make Korean short ribs in mine. They come out so damn good. Put that shit over rice. Kimchi on the side. Mmmm!

I always say slow cookers and the broiler are the 2 least utilized things in the kitchen.

This post is full of win. I make taco fillings in my slow cooker, pretty much any kind of meat on a bed of onions, garlic, and just a little cumin, cook it until it's fork tender and wrap it in flour or corn tortillas with a little salsa cruda and guacamole and holy hell, that's some good eats. You can do anything under the broiler that you would do on a grill outside in the yard, endless possibilities, but does take some trial and error, don't be afraid to put your oven rack in the top position, about an inch from the flames and experiment with it. I have found it handy to keep a box fan near the open kitchen door because smoke is a definite possibility, but don't be afraid, it clears out pretty quick.

I took 2 London broils a can of tomatoes a jar of salsa, onion, chili powder, and cumin and put it in the slow cooker and set it on low for 10 hours. The meat cooked to pieces and just rolled up the sloppy goodness into soft tortilla shells.

Sure was good.

Regina... I buy a pack of pork ribs and cut them into piece of 3 = meaning pieces with 3 rib bones each. I slice up a few onions and an orange and put that on the bottom of the crock pot and turn it on low (10 hours) before I put the ribs in a sear them in a really hot cast iron skillet on both sides for about 2 minutes each. then lay them on top of the orange and sliced onions. add sea salt cayenne and black pepper along with some scattered garlic cloves and close the lid. Come back 10 hours later and you wont be able to stop yourself. seriously. ridiculous.

I also put an entire turkey breast in there with 2 1 cup of butter and 1 cup of Tabasco (or you can buy buffalo wing sauce) and then 1 cup of blue cheese salad dressing. again put it on low and when its done you have a perfect buffalo turkey dip for chips or pieces of bread.

My favorite thing is to buy a pork shoulder and lay it on a bed of onions and sliced limes in the crock pot and cook it for 10 hours. by the time its done the juice will be almost running out of the thing. The meat will pull apart with 2 forks = pulled pork I did a video on it actually :)
