today is perfect! sun is shining, a light breeze. the water is like glass and it's going to be 80. I would say without question it's a boat day! gonna run up the coast to my new house to set the way points on the GPS. pack a cooler with some beers and lobster salad. I think it might be a good one hope your day is great also!

I got some requests for info on where I went in Fiji (the water pics abover were taken there) so here's the link to the website http://turtlefiji.com one of the world's most amazing places. the people are incredible and it is beyond beautiful. if you don't mind a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG day of travel getting there and another getting home, I highly recommend Fiji

If you haven't been to Italy you haven't lived. But if you have and didn't have pasta fagioli in Italy then you my friend, are an idiot!
The best Italian food is all peasant food. Pasta, beans, tomato sauce, etc...all very inexpensive foods that are affordable to everyone. It gets no cheaper than pasta fagioli! it's nothing more than beans and pasta with a few veggies added in! But trust me, it's SOOO good!
What You'll Need:
3 (15oz cans) Cannellini beans, drained & rinsed (white kidney beans)
1 Onion
2 Stalks of Celery
5 small Cloves of peeled Garlic (NOT chopped!)
½ cup of pasta Sauce, or a can of crushed tomatoes if that's all you have.
small cut pasta, I prefer small shells

Beans beans, good for the heart...
