Married 21 Years today.

Ups,downs,better or worse, I have been married 21 years. Never cheated, wanted to once,but I am generally happy.
I believe I could have married better, one who makes me laugh and brings out the naturally energetic person I am.
Nevertheless, my wife is a wonderful person,mother and homemaker. God knows, I have my faults.
Some advice. When you are dating, be very careful and ask yourself "Do I really want to spend the rest of my life with this person?" Do i really love her, her family,her individual traits?
Its been my experience that people rarely change from their original traits and personalities. Also,, make sure you are sexually compatible. Very important.
Anyway, forgive the rant. Just being introspective today.Regards.

The first part is true for me also, Hot Mega! I believe you will find that right person. Funny, 2 girls I fell in head over heels love with, did not turn out to be my wife and I still remember them daily. Sorry, just being honest.
I never really felt that way about my wife.
In part, I blame a fucking strict religious upbringing that made me fearful and scruplous about sex. Fucking religion. It's hard to overcome brainwashing.
